PM, President condemn Quetta terrorist attack

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and President Mamnoon Hussain on Wednesday while condemning the terrorist attack in Quetta have said that such cowardly attacks can not shake our unflinching national resolve against terrorism

Both the leader expressed deep grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives and paid tribute to the police personnel who laid their lives in the line of duty. They prayed for the eternal peace of departed souls and grant of courage to the families to bear this irreparable loss.

The Prime Minister also directed best medical treatment for the injured and also prayed for their swift recovery.

Governor Balochistan Muhammad Khan Achakzai and Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri also strongly condemned the terror attack.

The other leaders who condemned the attack included Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, Deputy Speaker National Assembly Murtaza Javed Abbasi, Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal, Defence Minister Khurram Dastgir and Minister of State for Information Marriyum Aurangzeb.
