PM Abbasi inaugurates Hazara Motorway

Islamabad: while inaugurating the Burhan-Shah Maqsood section of Hazara Motorway on Wednesday Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said political decisions should not be made in courts. The government will complete its Constitutional tenure and the PML-N will return to power after July 15 elections, he added.

The 47-kilometre segment, which is an important section of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, has been completed in less than three years. This is the second motorway project in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa after M-I.

 

The six-lane Hazara Motorway has a total length of 57 kilometre and it is being implemented in three packages. The motorway is expected to benefit six million people of Hattar Industrial Area, Haripur, Havelian, Abbottabad and northern areas.

Moreover, the prime minister is also expected to be the chief guest at Annual Parents’ Day of Cadet College Hassanabdal.
