Islamabad: Taking a dig at New Delhi for its tall claims for being World’s largest democracy on Sunday, All Parties Hurriyat Conference (G) while rejecting the dialogue offer has said that forced negotiations have no political or moral justification following the policy of suppression and repression in Kashmir.
According to the statement issued to press here the spokesperson of the amalgam said “People of Jammu and Kashmir are facing immense hardships and pain at the hands of occupation forces and we are surprised at the hypocritical attitude of Indian authorities for offering forced dialogue options.
He reiterated that we will never disappoint our people. Keeping in consideration the unparalleled sacrifices rendered by nation, we will never hesitate to offer sacrifices, even if it is at the cost of our life. He disclosed that a representative of the puppet regime came to the residence of Syed Ali Gilani on Saturday night to persuade him for a meeting with India-designated interlocutor, Dineshwar Sharma. The representative expressed his desire to meet Syed Ali Gilani “to facilitate his meeting with interlocutor”.
“Our stand is clear and we want to covey our message to authorities in New Delhi that power tactics and coercive measures won’t cow down our spirits nor they can compel us to participate in futile exercise of negotiations,” he added.
Blaming authorities for their “double dealing”, Hurriyat said that “on one hand they are relying on their military might and carpet bombing to suppress people and on the other are parroting about dialogue.”

The spokesperson asserted that forced negotiations have no political or moral justifications.
