Beijing: Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has said China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Long Term Plan will provide framework for speedy industrialization in the country. He said this in an interview published in ‘Beijing Review’ on Tuesday.
He said that the plan was completely in line with the seven pillars of the Pakistan Vision 2025, based on the economic principles of inclusive and sustainable development.
The Minister said the Long Term Plan will provide connectivity, energy, trade, industrial parks, agricultural development, increase tourism and financial cooperation. It will enormously speed up industrialization and urbanization process aimed at making the people of Pakistan prosperous.
