“Conferring modern education to new generation is the need of hour”, this was said by the chief gues Wajid Masaud, Senior Coordinator Monitoring Evaluation and Training Federal Government Educational Institutions Cantts Garrisons Directorate Rawalpindi Khalid Mehmood Kiyani as a chief guest on the annual prize distribution of FG Fazaia Public School E-9 Islamabad held at the school auditorium, Islamabad.
Addressing the audience chief guest appreciated the outstanding and stunning performances of the children. He said these children are our future and they have to work hard to make this country stronger. “Parents have to play their role to make their children not only obedient children, but also a good citizen of Pakistan,” he said.He further stated that when we reward students with prizes, it’s like we are rewarding our state or country’s future. He was of the view that imparting quality education to children has always been a challenge. He added that students should not only be imparted excellent education but also be given great scruples and values so they can effectively serve their state as well as their nation. The Senior Coordinator, highly lauded the school management, staff for grooming students to have Pakistani cultural roots and global eminence. He expressed his great elation for having visited institution and apprised the gathering that it had always been his keen desire to visit Fazaia School and that he always enjoys and makes it a point to visit children’s programmes as they are the future of the country.
Principal Younis Bajwa, faculty of institution, a great number of student and parents attended the ceremony. The energetic performers rocked the hall with their lively entertaining performances. The theme of the event was meant to enable students to communicate, function and create a change personally, socially, economically and politically on local, national and global levels. The ceremony ended with tremendous applause from the parents, a group photograph of all the students with the chief guest. There was a great sense of achievement, accomplishment and celebration amongst the students, parents, faculty and the administration, which marks the success of the institution.
The Vote of thanks was proposed by the Principal Younis Bajwa. The programme culminated with the National Anthem.
